Beacon of light is the latest design by Dutch designer Jesse Visser.
These are the prototype of an edition of 25 in each size for the light ball (30 cm - 40 cm - 50 cm) and a unique stone.
Visser showed a very ecological approach for the design of this light fixture as he used sustainable materials such as opal glass and LED light, a rope and a natural stone.
This design enables full versatility in terms of ceiling height and angle distance. The pulley, fixed to the ceiling, was specially developped by Jesse Visser to ensure maximum flexibility while preserving a radical and unique aesthetic.
The electric system is hidden within the rope which simply needs to be plugged in. There also is an additional invisible steel cable within the rope to assure security.
